I was recommended Jerry through a realtor friend. She had told me that Jerry is one of the most thorough inspectors around. I couldn't agree more, the first time i met Jerry was during my mothers inspection. I thought his knowledge and attention to details were fantastic, I contacted him when it came to for our new home purchase. Jerry has done three separate inspections with a septic and water testing. Unlike my first experience with another inspector when we bought our first home, Jerry is one for the ages. He crawls the entire crawl space looking at every floor joist, along with foundation and proper drainage. He climbs his way through the attics no matter the temperature outside! He had to locate the septic tank and lid that was previously not exposed, this is something not the average person is able to do as efficient as Jerry can. These are just a few examples the details to attention. It's hard to explain how thorough he really is. He is also great at communicating his reports and findings to you in a timely manner, in my case the reports are over 100 pages filled with pictures and detailed explanations. His inspections cover all aspects of the home, from the items i mentioned to all other details. This is not an inspection where he is in and out in 30 minutes, this kind of quality takes a little time. I can honestly say I believe we would've purchased a home in need of some serious repairs that most other inspectors would've never flagged. I can't possibly say enough about the exceptional work and great conversations I had with Jerry Ferguson. I can recommend him to friends and family without a single doubt in doing so.

Jerry did a great job inspecting a house for my son. My son is a first time home buyer and Jerry made him feel very comfortable and at ease about things. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Very thorough and detailed inspection report with digital photos embedded preventing any misconceptions on findings! Even with the urgency to close on the property I was purchasing, Jerry had delivered on a very timely and thorough report. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jerry Ferguson inspected a house for me last Spring. I have been through home inspections before, but Jerry did the most thorough inspection of the house that I have ever seen. He crawled underneath the house, in the attic, went through everything in the house and inspected the roof showing me things that might prove problematic down the road, with any aspect of his inspection. He gave me a full written report within a day. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting their property inspected, by a professional who knows his business.

Jerry inspected several homes for us during our search for the right home. Jerry was extremely thorough and supplied excellent documentation and digital pictures of the minor to major problems, spending several hours checking from top to bottom and everywhere in between. We believe Jerry to be very trustworthy and a very personable person to work with. We very highly recommend him if you you need a home inspection done. Very professional.

Jerry inspected our home last June and was incredibly thorough! He helped us to understand current problems that needed fixed and problems that may pop up in the future. He is professional and friendly and we are incredibly happy with the work he did!

Jerry did an awesome job walked me through every detail explained it very well. Answered every question I had.
He leaves no stone unturned. Gives you tons of tips and report is very very detailed. Made me comfortable in knowing exactly what I was looking at. THANK YOU JERRY!!!

I was so pleased and thoroughly impressed with my recent inspection, while living in Montana and getting ready to relocate, Jerry Ferguson's name was given to me, he was totally prompt with getting back to me and doing such an excellent job with explaining every thing that was done and I would recommend him to anyone for I know his information can be so valuable to others. I am grateful that this has been completed and now I will have some estimates done thanks to his recommendation, definitely...Ferguson Home Inspections was well worth every amount of money I spent...professional and friendly service...the best!
